The loss of my Mom left me distraught and without a compass for a while. But as life goes, we eventually face a choice: we can stay stuck in whatever has a hold on us (for me, it was grief and loss), or we can find a way to move forward.
Sunshine Warrior was inspired by my mom, and its existence keeps her memory alive. It carries forward what came so naturally to her... lighting up life, bringing joy to others, giving freely, believing deeply, and doing it all through grace with fire.
